My friend sent his application to Nova scotia in April and has not received his first AOR till date. When checked on dtdc website it was delivered to CIO ,Edmonton, also the noc is no more in the new list.
Does any one know NS contact no and what info will they ask me before providing me with status.

If it was sent to Edmonton (Vegreville) rather than Sydney and his NOC is no longer on the list, he is out of luck. The only contact is by mail.
