I applied my CEC at the end of April and I checked from my back that CIC en-cashed my money order at the end of May but haven't received my AOR yet (it's been about 10 business days since the application fee is cashed out..).

I wonder how long it takes these days to receive AOR since application fee is cashed out. It's because my work permit is due very soon.. I will need to apply BOWP as soon as possible..

Also, will I receive my AOR by mail or email?

these days, at least 2 weeks after your money order is cashed. and you will receive it via email

If you provide your email address on Generic from then you will receive it by email or else by mail. Try checking in your spam or junk box.
Try login-in to ECAS using UCI#.
If you can login-in to ECAS then call CIC, and if you don't then also call CIC for AOR.
1-888-242-2100 and press 1110
