AOR says send additional documents to Sydney email address??

First of all thank you for your help in advance!

I just received my AOR email - but it has this line:

Please inform the Centralized Intake Office by e-mail at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca of any status changes in your application (birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc).

I'm wondering is this new? I was under the impression that any additional documents after receiving AOR should be sent to the other Ottawa CPO email address? Is this a new change or you guys also have got the same email?

And so which email address should I use?

It's a standard email for everyone, if they ask for additional documents they will certainly let you know where to send your docs.

You shouldn't send documents until you receive your AOR email. After you get the file number in that email send it to the Ottawa email id.

Send the emails/documents ONLY when and what they request for.

Hi . I didn't get AOR email but account status changed as following, Please let me know where do I email to update my email over application and send me AOR ?

We received your application for permanent residence on February 1, 2017.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 17, 2017.
We started processing your application on March 17, 2017.
