AOR June 21 : No update since then

hi.

i had submitted my documents on 21 June 2018. Its has been 5 Months now and The status still shows. "We are reviewing your eligibility req. bla bla". I made FSW inland application (applied from within canada).

If 6 months is the generall processing time then why its taking so long for CIC to even start reviewing my application. Other than medical passed there is no update thereafter.

Can processing time increase from 6 months

It can happen. Better try calling CIC and check on your status.
