A ghost email is what you will probably get one day after submission/aor. And the next update probably takes a few days as thats when a physical verification of your docs will be done.

Completely normal to take a few days... On average, give it about a solid week and some to see any changes at all. Please also bear in mind that each VO works at different pace so it can take a month or over for something to change. Depends on your file itself. Don't worry about it for now.
