- awaiting US FBI PCC(FBI received my application on 01/25/2016... long way to go )
- awaiting India PCC(Consulate of India, San Francisco received application on 01/27/2016, not sure about the status)

Are you submitting your app in Feb-2016? I see that your prints were received by FBI on 01/25. If that's the case, then it will be at least 4 months till you get your PCC. Do you think CIC will be okay with that?
My situation is something like this - I got an invite on 01/27 and rejected it since my PCC would take quite a long time. My prints were received by FBI on 02/03. I am guessing that I will get the PCC delivered to US address by 06/07. Therefore, I am planning to submit my app by 04/10 (assuming that CIC grants a 2 month extension for PCC). I want to know if CIC is allowing additional time for PCC (over and above the 2 month extension). If that is possible, then even I will like to submit my app in February itself.
