AOR from Buffalo

My e-case back in-process, I got AOR couple of months ago, then Ecase was RBVO, then in-process then RBVO then nothing on e-case , old msg CIO eligibility , now last week buffalo moves and my E-case updated "In-process" back.
No more update this week.

yes near about 5months, in november 2010 and I sent full documents in end of july 2010.
CIO request full docs in march 2010.

still my 2nd AOR date is not written on my e-case, just file transfered in April 2010 , becasue the CIO sent full docs request , so in April 2010 file transfered. still waiting for new updated date.
