My application is complete, except for the background check. My security screening started in Aug but no updates ever since. My application went through enhanced security because my husband and I worked for the government in our country. In my recent GCMS notes, it says that my application is "ready to finalize." I also contacted the MP. They said that there wasn't anything pending or wrong with my application and that I needed to wait.

I got my GCMS notes and after talking to IRCC representative over the call, I got to know that my application has been assigned to DN office to review the stat questions. My spouse had a previous visitor visa refusal. The file was transferred on March 23,2023.No progress after that.

I ordered CSIS (no issue shown) and CBSA notes in August. I'm still waiting for the CBSA notes.

Try emailing ATIP about the delay in your request. I did it for myself, they responded back within a week and I finally received my GCMS.

Hi all, received an email today to confirm my PR application i.e., the virtual landing portal email. I am travelling from Jan 18 to Feb 3. If I confirm my PR now and receive CoPR, it will disrupt my travel plans. What options do I have so that I can travel and delay this landing process? What should I do?

My application was approved in February/2024. I think my application moved forward because I uploaded a document that helped in the BGC process. Although the IRCC had never asked me, I knew it'd help.
