AOR and asking PCC and Right of Permanent Resident Fee if not submitted yet

Hello Dear Members , Please help

AOR from Canadian High Commission New Delhi asking for PCC if not submitted already and Right of Permanent Resident Fee if not already submitted

Please help me with this, should I send them new PCC ? its so lengthy process in india to get PCC

or should I just send a photo copy?

and also asking If I was an AFGAN National ??

Just do not know what to do.

this is a standard form every applicant receives, so as it states, IF YOU DID NOT SEND IT ALREADY, send it in. IF you did send it, then don't worry, they have it and you do not need to send copies. Either way, copies of PCC records are not acceptable. They must be the original form. Again, if you already sent it in, then you don't need to do anything right now.

if you are not an afgan national, then tell them no. i am not sure what's confusing about that. perhaps your visa office also processes applications from that country. again, the form you received is standard, so these questions are not directed at you PERSONALLY. It is what your visa office sends every applicant.
