My AOR 1 AUG below status can anyone explain I am in which stage IP1 or IP2

Passed Medical exams
we are reviewing your eligibility
we do not need additional documents
you do not need an interview
we do not need biometrics
Background check - your application is in the process we will send you the message when we start your
background check
 
We have received AOR on 2nd Aug. I had gone through medical in March 2018 because then I was applying for visit visa... My husband who is already working in Canada went through medical in July.... Biometric is already done and waiting for ppr.
