hi dear forum members,
is there any one who received PPR1 via email while he could not log on to Ecas status online,because someone says that you can not receive PPR1 via email if you can not log in to Ecas,and if you can not log in then you will receive PPR1 via post not through email,plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz reply if any one experience this situation

Hi there,

When we received our PPR via email, we could not log on to Ecas either. I think the problem is only with Ecas; our files are processed normally.
