I have applied for cegep de la gaspese. I have 2 queries-
1. My agent applied my file under spp but nowhere it shows that it is under spp. So it's a non spp clg. Will it be cause of visa rejection?

2. Somewhere i read that montreal visa have low rejection rate bcoz of CAQ as caq is the main document they see when giving visa. Is it true?
