Anyone still waiting for citizenship cert from beginning of Sept, 2021?

Hi,

I finished my oath on Sept 07 and my application closed on Sept 20. After two weeks (total 4 weeks from oath to today), I'm still waiting for my cert. My office is Saskatoon.

I believe Saskatoon office doesn't send cert as soon as your application closed. No way take more than two weeks from Saskatoon to Regina, even regular mail.
