Hello fellow members,
I am curious to know if those in the US send their I-94 with their passport to Buffalo or Los Angeles visa office? Is it required to send the I-94's?
Is it possible just to send notarized copy of I-94 with the passport?
Also, I have renewed my passport last year so does it mean that I would need to send the old passport too?
No requests yet from the visa office but I would just like to be positive that things will eventually turn out ok.
HOpe to hear from you.
Thanks,
you dont need to send your I-94 only PASSPORT'S BIO-DATA PAGE of principal applicant only (photocopy only & NOT the page w/ your US visa)

No need to send the I-94, Just a photo copy will work, if you send a notorized copy all the better. If you have your US Visa on the old passport as well as/or have mentioned the old passport in your initial application, then you have to send both(would advice to staple the passports together)

I have the same situation. I sent my old passport (stapled with I94) and the renewal passport for visa stamped. Everything was returned safely. But I have to say it seems they did not bother to check my old passport at all as the sealed envelop was not opened. I sent to NY office.
