Anyone selected this option in Level of Education ?

Anyone selected this option in Level of Education:

Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees.

Please let me know in what condition we can select this option. As I have 4 year bachelor degree WES evaluated and 1 year Post graduate certificate from Canada so I am getting points for only my bachelor's degree.

So I am not sure what option we have to select in EE profile form for Level of education.
As we have to make 2 different form each for individual degree bachelor's and postgraduate. So what to select in level of education?
