Is there anyone on this forum who is presently in canada?? If yes, plz give me some suggestions and things to be done or not. I am moving to canada on23rd AUgust (In sha Allah). your suggestions will be appreciated!

I am in Canada also but I don't know what can of suggestion can i make, and we need to know where in Canada are you going

get a Canadian sim asap. international roaming bohat mehngi hai. I remember its around 270/min outgoing and 130/min incoming (ufone) =P
and remember to bring important documents, for safety scan them and save them online so that you can access them from anywhere.

Like what things I must carry. And some details about off campus jobs. What types of jobs are there and what are the places where students should apply for part time jobs? And I know it is illegal to work during first semester, but on this forum I have heard that students even work off campus during first semester. Is that true?
