You've posted this question several times in this forum without any favorable response. It's unlikely you will get a resolution at this point, especially with the travel date coming up in a few days.

What exactly is your concern over your relative travelling for the first time? Have you tried contacting the airline? They usually should be able to assist the traveller in something like this.
