Hi guys, I got an information letter asking me to submit passport, photos and height/eyecolour. However in the letter there was only appendix A explaining the requirements for photos, but no explanations for how to provide height and eye color. I looked up online and learned many people had received “appendix B”. Anyone knows where I can download it or where I can find a photo of it?
By the way, is it necessary to submit expired old passport along with current valid passport?
