anyone having the same notification? help

I've read some post that says their application was approved with the same notification. for this application, I have doubts, its always " processed passport"

anyone who also has the same?

They have made a final decision on your application , if you have your application linked to - You can login to CIC's portal and check what their decision is, it will tell you exactly if it was approved or refused.

I received a similar text today but did not get a request for medical...does that mean that my application is rejected?
