Anyone got PPR while main applicant or dependent is pregnant??

Dear members,

My wife (dependent) is pregnant and I got ADR and remedical request back in May 2022. She had to defer chest-xray and wait until end of first trimester to go under chest x-ray and submitted in Aug. Got medical pass on 18 Aug 2022. So my question is that does anyone got ppr in the similar situation recently? Or ircc wait until my wife gives birth then they approve our application? Hope to hear some good news from you all.

Hope you get it before the fly restrictions. In case you decide to have the child in your country, you must inform CIC at the earliest.
In case of people with stamped visa, they must return it and get it re stamped after adding their newborn as dependent to the profile.
