I applied for Phd Computer Science in November for May 2013 but am yet to get any information as regards my application. Does anyone has any info on admission process?

The last time I sent message to my department was middle of February and I was told is still under processing. Wondering y is taking so long. Now we are in March, don't know how feasible is it to resume in May.
