As biometric Appointment has resumed in these countries. Especially in, Bangladesh and Nepal. Indian students will be able give biometric from December 2.
My biometric Appointment is on November 30. Some of my friends have already gave their biometric recently. One of the Bangladeshi students received Passport request in just 3 days after biometric. He gave his biometric on 16 Nov and received PPR on 19 November.
