Anyone experienced a recent USA visa renewal through ottawa embassy?

I applied for a usa B1/B2 visa renewal with a travel document. Application arrived on December 17th to ottawa embassy according to Canada post, until today CEAC website say “No data found” I can’t contact the embassy, I have tried. Idk what to do, is this normal?

How long did it take to receive the refuge travel document once you get your PR?

If you already have a U.S.A. visa on the refugee travel document, which is valid for two years before PR and once you get a new refugee travel document, can you renew your visa without attending an interview?
