I need a roommate starting this january, but you can live this december too for free as december rent is already paid. i rent is around $250 per month including electricity. it's a 3 and a half apartment. Only 5 mins walking distance from Concordia university. it's downtown so all major grocery stores e in the area. reply to me if you are interested.
