I am on Maternity leave now and IRCC ask me ADR which is Employment record.
Of course I will back to work.
Most of people take a Maternity leave with Parental leave, it is almost an year.
Here are my questions,
Taking a maternity leave is impacted on PR processing delay?
And do I need to mention exact date when I back to work? Because I think that return date is depend on my condition.
They cannot discriminate against you for being a maternity leave, to do so would be a human and Canadian rights violation. Just show them your employment letter noting your mat leave and you'll be fine.
