I applied online in general category on 20 july 2015 after my first refusal in spp.
PROFILE- 10th-6.8cgpa-64%
12th-64% non med. maths-49marks.
ielts-6.0(not less than 5.5)
COURSE-environmental technician
college-centennial
REASON OF REFUSAL-your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications,previous studies,employement level of establishment etc etc...

I attached a strong SOP with my file this time...
WHAT ARE THE CHANCES FOR VISA?? PLZZ REPLY
