Anyone Applied in General Category after SPP Refusal ?

Hi
previously i got rejection under SPP on 28th Oct 2014 i again applied under general category on this 19th Nov from Ahmedabad and now my file is being processed at Banglore embassy.

My previous rejection was due to my mistake and it was silly one. Now i have applied with strong SOP and also cover the reason why i was previously rejected.

My Profile
10th :- 68 %
12th :- 70%
B.E in C.E :- 7.15 CGPA(11 backlog all cleared).
1.5 year of work experience as a Software Developer
Applied at Mohwak Collage in Computer System Technician Software Support Course
Rejected thrice by U.S Embassy

Will i get the visa on this profile??

Hey, me too got refusal under spp! I applied from ahmedabad on 28th october and got refusal on 4th november. So, I applied under non spp on 17th november. what was the reason for your rejection? Mine was marked as "other"!

I think in our case backlogs might be the reason for rejection! My profile is as below:

10th-72%
12th-57%
Btech in information technology-7.35 CGPA (with 9 backlogs)
IELTS-6.5 bands(not less than 6 in any module)

Hey,
I m also rejected first time.i m apply from ahmdavad vfs on 30th oct and got rejection on 4th nov.
i m apply again on 17th november under non spp.

hey everyone..
I had applied for SPP on 31st Oct, 2004. And got a rejection on 8th November. I have reapplied on 13th November, 2014. Under general. The reason i had was, other- previous employment, qualification, level of establishment and purpose and future plan.
I have reapplied with the additional documents and a strong SOP stating all the given reasons.
Well i have completed my Masters in MSW, worked for 2 years as an HR and applied for PG in Human Resouce Management, in Seneca.
Havent received any updates since then. The file is still in Banglore office.
Anyone received any update for the status do let us know here..
How much time do they take for replying in general ..

Hey I'm going to apply under SPP first time at Ahmedabad and my profile is

10th = 78%
12th = 68%
B.E. (EC)= 7.33 CGPA (16 backlogs)
ielts = 6 no less then 5.5
Mohawk college
course = computer system technician

My agent told me I can get visa with strong sop..
but please guide and still haven't got my gic so I'm going to apply after deadline may be 4th or 5th december...
am I get visa ????
