same here unable to attach any documents. Clicking on the folder does not show an option to attach.

In the "Settlement Funds" section, on the right hand side of the website, there is a file icon. clicking it will let you attach files. Each page where you can attach, in the description section mentions how you can attach and shows this icon also

Click on the folder and wait, you can see "attach file". Let me know if you can attach now

Thanks for response. Due you get email from them that file # is changed . Also tell me can we now apply for any other PNP ? or we have to wait until SINP comes back with decision ?

No, I did not get any email from SINP that my file # is changed. Did you get? If you are eligible for any other PNP, you can go ahead and apply.

My Score is 338 and I am going for IELTS again to get 8 band minimum so I can cross 400 Score.
Once I get it I will apply for PNP for Ontario.

I think this is the ONE & ONLY solution at this point. There is no way that you can get a JOB OFFER while sitting outside Canada.
And the most Important NO COMPANY will wait for 6 to 8 months for you to come and join them. They want you to join immediately or Max in 1 month.

ANY SOLUTION ANY SUGGESTIONS? What can be done in my case???

You need to get IELTS quickly because Onatario PNP has only 2700 or so nominations and they are filling up because many people have reported receiving PT and number is growing.

Isn't your profession not listed in "in demand professional occupation" list of Saskatchewan?

Apart from Ontario and Saskatchewan, there are no options right now and EE scores are not going down.

Do you recommend to apply for Saskatchewan PNP?

Do you have to be there the same state (Saskatchewan) for 3 to 4 years in order to get Nationality?

Can I go to Ontario to find a Job after landing there? How does it work? Its not a very happening state with extremely less population.

I will be depressed being isolated there with Odd job on a petrol pump and might commit suicide. What do you say?

Yes, you need to compulsory fill this form

Write Saskatchewan. I have done the same.

Write "International Skilled Worker - Saskatchewan Express Entry". I have done the same.

When I click on the folder on the right I only see
"There are currently no files for you to view." No option to attach, I was able to attached on Friday. Tried this using chrome and IE
