In general people who want to appeal is because they feel "unfair treatment" but the process establishes that CIC has the prerrogative of interpretation, so unless you have concrete evidence of unfair treatment your case will be dismissed.
Also, in the case you want to push forward, you must be willing to spend, time and money in a process which will include a lawyer and several months (years?) of processing.
Usually people just reapply, it is way simpler, faster and with much better odds of being succesful.

i feel so, because, my Parents received 5 years ban with refusal, BUT we updated IRCC and admitted the mistake we made before receiving the Procedural Fairness Letter 2 weeks later.
Here is my concern:
i want to re-apply but with 5 years ban do you think IRCC will consider my Parents application?
Do you feel re-applying with 5 years ban with proper explanation can help the cause?
