Anybody Receive refund from BOWP....as received PPR during process?

Hello

Does anybody has received BOWP refund till now as PPR was received during the process.I called CIC to withdraw my BOWP. The lady on the phone she told that she put the note in the application but not sure if I will get refund or no.

Applied BOWP 30 NOV
Received PPR 24 dec

As per CIC website : work permit application processing time for same employer shows Sep 09, 2015.

Please respond and let track if anybody else is also waiting for the refund.
