Hi everyone...!...On November 2 2012..... they update my status on E-cas to ''In Process''...Now I need to know how long its gonna be until the passport request....if its going to be an e-mail ...a letter in my post office box .... or they going to change status on E -Cas....?... and if we (me and my wife ) gonna make it to Canada before X-Mass...?!....Please and Thank You..!

You need to supply for information i.e. which visa office is doing the processing.

Also it is not likely that you will get the visa before x-mas

i am in Process from October 18 , after my hubby had the interveiw we are in Process, and nothing yet even they told him evrything is ok ,can you tell me which VO is your process, and when did you applied

hey zgometel,

unfortunately I don't think anybody will be able to answer your question as it really depends on your case, how complicated it is, and how your own VO works. There are not many people going through Bucharest, but there is thread for them, you can see it here http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/romanian-timeline-in-process-t88019.210.html
there is also a spreadsheet, so you can see how long it took for other people - but each case is different, so keep that in mind - but at least you can see with people that are going through the same VO.
In process is usually a good sign as it means that your file is open, and somebody is working on it.
