anybody knows how we got information about landing fee

We send landing fee over interenet, exactly our lawyer did it. We don't know if we are going to receive confirmation from embasy that money has been received. Our lawyer said that over interenet comes automaticly confirmation about payment, but we are not sure about that, since we heard from forum people about embasy sending cofirmation about payment in one week.

From what I understood, you're supposed to fill out the receipt that you can print after paying online and then send that to the visa office. I'm not sure if they get any confirmation without it.

Yes, when you pay over the internet, you receive confirmation online immediately afterwards confirming that your payment was successful. Then, you also receive an email with a copy of the fee receipt. At the most, it should take about 30 minutes for the receipt to arrive in your inbox. The receipt has a receipt number, your name, date paid and the total amount paid. I paid for the application and landing fees together so mine says $1040 paid. Your confirmation comes directly from Citizenship & Immigration Canada (CIC), not from the embassy. If your lawyer is the one that paid on your behalf, you will need to check with him whether he used his email or your email address as the address to send the confirmation. Also, check your junk mail box to make sure it didn't go there.

landing fee is $490.00 when your sponsorship is approved then you can pay landing fee which is refundable( in case visa is refused hopefully not inshallah).
