If your file was completed before May then its a long delay. Contact to university by all means maybe they have not received all supporting document.
That may be a reason for the delay.

Thanks man! Sorry that I just saw your question. I applied for Ulberta(2017 Fall) in April and got the reply one week after the deadline(May 15 if I am not wrong).

I applied for MENG SE in june and havent got any decision till date, although my friend was rejected 10 days back.

6.5bands with 5.5 in two segments.
And he was rejected on the basis of % and backlogs.

After u make them courier it will take up to 20 - 25 calender days.
