I was planning to apply under NOC0213. Although I am performing some of the duties mentioned in the list but my designation is not "Manager". I have read some posts and people there say that if someone applies with NOC0213 but has no MANAGER designation, although they get initial approval but they are refused in the 2nd phase. Is this true ? I would really appreciate if someone would like to share his/her SUCCESS STORY with NOC0213 but without the "Manger" Designation. Please someone comment. Kindly mention your designation and country as well.

Mine is
Designation = Network Engineer
Country = Pakistan
