As i got 5.5 in two modules and also i have applies to the colleges which located in Atlantic province
i wanted to apply through NON SDS category , so , i wanted to know what is suuccess rate

No one can tell you but your IELTS scores are very low. You should retake the test. Success depends on education advancement, career progression, ties to home country, language skills etc.
