I scored in Reading 6, listening 6, speaking 6 & writing 5.5.I'm a Telecommunication Engineer with 10 years experience & working in Bangladesh. Can I apply for any immigration category even provincial NP.

Appreciate expert opinion.

If you want to apply under FSW program - your scores are too low and will lead to an automatic rejection. The minimum score allowed for each section is a "6" - therefore, you must improve your writing on your next test.
