Hello all ..
Does any body received rejection fro CIC if their respective NOC has been filled ? Please help as our NOC showing cap as completed.
Also, I have recently seen that CIC has made two colums one says number of applications counter towards the 1000 sub cap and other says pending applications (complete applications waiting for MI acceptance review) what these two columns elaborates and what MI stands for ?
 
MI means ministry of immigration
