My study permit was recently approved for winter 2021, but I deferred to summer/May intake.
Therefore, my CAQ that I received for winter intake is not valid and I need to apply for a new one.

Does anyone have a similar situation as mine?
My question is, would IRCC ask for the CAQ immediately the moment I inform them about my deferral to May 2021?
Or, can this be done (showing both new LOA and new CAQ) at the border office at the airport after I reach there?
