Quick summary: I'm from Pakistan, moved here in January 2010. I did a 4 year undergrad at York University and I've been working since August 2014. 8 months in NOC B and 10 months (and continuing) in NOC A. No spouse. Took IELTS, got a decent score.
My problem is that I'm stuck at 438 points. I've been looking into everything to get these to increase and I am now wondering if getting my secondary school education assessed will increase my points.
This link indicates it could:

But I only want to go through the process if it's a guaranteed increase in points. Has anyone done this before? And does anyone have any other suggestions? LMIA is pretty much impossible but the only next thing I can think of is PNP.
I understand the fee for PNP can be paid by individuals but to what extent does an employee have to help? I just switched to a new job like 2 weeks ago and I feel it's not the right time yet
I'd be going for the international student with job offer stream in Ontario. Another thing I'm not sure about is that I completed my degree requirements in January 2014 but I didn't graduate until June 2014. I don't know which date I'm supposed to use as the 2 year mark for graduation because I know you're only eligible within two years after university... if anyone has input on this, I'd appreciate it!

No, getting secondary school credentials assessed will not increase your score. As per the requirement, you need to get only your highest degree/diploma assessed and I assume you have already got that done for your study at York University. You would have had the opportunity to get score for 'two or more degrees/diploma/certificate where one is at least three years', if you have any certificate or diploma in addition to your graduation.
