Any PNP which does not require a job offer or relative connection?

Hi guys,

I think most of the PNP requires a job offer from an employer in that particular province. Is it easy to get a job offer ? Any links that can help me. I have been applying through the job bank but with no luck

Also, is there in any PNP open which doesn't require a job offer / relative in that province ?
