Any past or present student from Lester B Pearson vocational college....Need guidance

Sorry I posted this in internationl student forum also. I am new here and realised this forum is quebec one. Can someone please guide below -
I am international student in toronto and have completed 1 semester of 2 year diploma. I want to transfer to Quebec and found a good vocational college - L B Pearson vocational college. College offered me admisiion in their 2 year vocational diploma in computing support program. My doubt is that Is this a post secondary institution and a DLI. College Website says DLI but I can't find its DLI number. It's a public college.
