Hello All,

I am planning to relocate to Windsor, ON. Could you suggest some safe places where I can rent an apartment? Also please suggest in a place from which I can easily travel to Detroit, USA.

Also I do not have my PR Card, but I do have the proof of my landing. Is that document is sufficient to enter into Canada from Detroit, USA?
