ANY ONE FILE SPOUSE REFUSAL APPEAL IN TORONTO??

hi Guys, any members file spouse refusal appeal in toronto in 2013??I wanna know what is the procedure. I file appeal in march 2013, blue book received in july and after that longggggggggg stop no news what next how I know its will be ADR or full court hearing what is the time period after receiving blue book for ADR or full hearing in torontooooooooooooooooooooo?.

hey im sorry for ur refusal... my hearing is being heard in Toronto as well.

nov-15-2011 refused
December-16-2011 appealed
march-15 -2012 bluebook
sept-2012- got a letter its gona go for a full hearing
august -2013 got a hearing date for November 05-2013

nearly 2yrs to get a date for full hearing from the refusal date.
