any one can help me regarding appeal

Dear Sir,

i have applied as a federal skilled worker 09 april 2010 as lecturer , i receved my first acknowledge on 23.06.2010 and submitted my documents on 10.10.2010 london visa office, after one year i recevied this letter. i am much confused now let me help to prepare appeal against this decision. my bio data is as fellow

My eduction is MBA+LLB

work experience 6 years

IELTS 5.5 BAND

Wife education MBA+ Masters


Elder brother living in canda 05 points ADDITIONAL


age 37 years

Ihave been hopeless from all the sides, therefore you are requested to help me ,is there any chances to success the appeal, let me send any formate of apppeal same like my case.

Note

I have sent an extra sheet along with my application to define my job duties but immigration visa office could not seen it(Rembere i have scan u my job duties which is mentioned in application)

please response me at the earliest
