Currently i am on Work Permit and my Son is on Study permit in Canada . I got ITA for express entry .
Is there any issue if i apply alone with my 9 years old son (And without spouse ).
Because of CIC score i am not planning to apply my spouse's PR. I have plans to sponsor him .
Can i be transparent answering this question "reason for not accompanying spouse"? Is there any chances of rejection ? Do i have to add no objection letter from my husband saying " I dont have any problem if my wife is applying PR with my Son" ?
