Any insight of NOC 0433 / Officer

Hello,
I have years of experience as a Commissioned officer of the Armed Forces in my country of origin.
As I look my occupation through NOC and I find myself almost perfect description as NOC 0433 : "Commissioned officers of the Canadian Forces".

However, as since the title of the occupation states, Canadian Force, do I not fit for NOC 0433 category?
It seems impossible to have experience as Commissioned officers of the Canadian Forces, if you are foreigner. I read some forum posts that NOC is just a guideline to find closest occupation from the country of origin. However, unlike other occupations, this NOC exactly states "Canadian Forces".

I want to know if I can still apply under NOC 0433 or not. Any insights will be great.

I would suggest going with a different NOC. Not sure which one though. As you said, it says Canadian Forces, not once, but 3 (three) times. So I do not think you could apply under that NOC. You can call CIC to get their opinion as well.
