Hi,
Me and my family are trying to immigrate to Canada to join family,We are still in the early stages filling out relevant forms through Campbell Cohan web site any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
Not sure what is the best route my husband moved to canada inb 1977 when he was 3 yrs old through his fathers job, he moved back to uk in 1986 his 2 sisters stayed there as they where old enough to support themselves and they are now both canadian citizens we want to move out there to be with family as we have no family here!

So your husband is a Canadian PR correct? Are you a Canadian Citizen? If not, I take it your husband has not sponsored you yet? If your husband is going to sponsor you, HE has to be in Canada the entire time. He cannot live anywhere else (can take vacations but that's it).
No my husband lives in the uk and has done since he was 12 yrs old, his sisters are now canadian citizens and we would like to find out what is the better option for us and our children to move out there, would it be that his sister sponsors us?
It is possible that your husband is a Canadian citizen already. Any idea if his father got Canadian citizenship before he moved back in '86? If that is the case, then your husband can sponsor you - provided you both show the intention of settling back in Canada.
And you are sure his father too was not a Canadian citizen? If he is, your husband can still be Canadian citizen. Otherwise, the only option is to come using the Skilled Worker (but that too is paused now??) or work permit. His sisters cannot sponsor him as there is no category to sponsor siblings.
One good thing in your case is that UK is a "visa exempt" country. Hence you can come and visit Canada without a visa for up to 6 months at a time. But this is only for the purpose of visit (one cannot work here). Using this time to search for a job and then get a work-permit...
