Hello my name is Obeid and a friend of mine who is a Brazilian National , wanted to know whether any Brazilian nationals were applying for Canada Study visa from Abu Dhabi this year or this month , because I can't seem to find any one here from Brazil applying to Abu DHABI, if any Brazilian national reads this please share contacts at least it will be a big help to him I can help my friend who is far from his country

Hi,

I am from Brazil. But it doesn't make any difference.

If your Brazilian friend has legal status in Abudhabi he may apply for a student visa through the Canadian authority there.
He will still need to meet all the requirements required to be issued the student permit, i.e He will have to be accepted by a Canadian University/College among other requirements.
