Any applicants 15 months and over since they applied for citizenship grant still waiting to get a test invite?
I applied on April 12th 2018 and in process since July 12 2018, Security cleared in Feb 2019 and application moved from Mississauga to Scarborough on May 24th 2019... no test invite yet..
I was 15 months and just get test invite from Scarborough for August 21. My application was also from April 2018. You have to keep calling and pressure them. They had to send an email to Scarborough office twice.

Called IRCC this morning to see if there is any update from Scarborough office since my application was moved there from Mississauga, was told to wait nothing else, the backlog is way too much at Mississauga office and even Scarborough is backlogged...Also the contact support person kept saying nothing is wrong with your application just wait and you will receive test invite soon and there are a lot of people in similar situation as you.... The only frustrating part is some people from July, August 2018 who applied for citizenship have either got there test invite or some already have citizenship.

I am Jan 2018 applicant. Waiting for test invitation. Same story....when ever I call them or MP..... saying everything is fine just wait.....
I don’t understand why they transfer file from Mississauga to Scarborough, both offices has backlog
I have seen a pattern. Almost all the applicants who have been waiting for long are the ones whose files have been transferred from Mississauga to Scarborough.

My file was transferred from Mississauga to Scarborough. I got Test/Interview from Scarborough office yesterday after waiting 15 months and 9 days.
I think both Mississauga and Scarborough are backlogged and they are trying to clear the backlog. My test time is 4pm meaning (in my opinion) they are working beyond normal hours to clear the backlog.
