Any 1 Looking for Jan 2017 intake in Project Management @ any Canadian College

Hi,
I am Anil from Mumbai,India currently working with L & T as section head (3 direct reportees) for production Engineering function. Looking for Post graduate diploma in operation management or project management for 1 year duration.
My profile:
10th State baord-from Mumbai with 84.93% in 2003
Diploma in Mech. Engineering from VJTI with 82.46% 2007.
Graduated with Bachelors in Mechanical Engg with 65% agg in 2010.
Till have total 5.8 years work Exp in L & T.
Kindly suggest me good college/university based on parameters as listed below:
- Quality of Education & there campus location
- Job prospects in canada or placement assistance from college
- Any university w/o GMAT/GRE for 1 year course max budget 20K CAD
- For Project Management which is 1 better wrt to Proj.Mgt program: Centennial, Humber, Fanshawe or durham. (GBC is already full for Jan intake)
- being married person dont want to put much money & no of years on education just need short course of max 12-15month.
- Whether i will able to get my VISA due to 6 years gap ? :'(
- will My wife start working on dependent/spouse visa?
